I created this journal to inspire changes and create a shift in our mindset. The practice in the journal should be done daily and will take you 5 minutes or less. Starting your day with this reflection is a great start to changing your life. I started this practice with many of my clients with the goal of working on how we feel about ourselves and our lives. After seeing the changes that were occurring I wanted to create this to be available to everyone. Using this journal allows you to see the greatness in your life, even on the days that are hard. It allows us to reflect on what we are learning and how to see things as lessons rather than failures. I know the impact this practice has had on so many already, I hope you let it do the same for you.
