Managing the Guilt of Saying ‘Yes’ to Yourself

Kelsea Koenreich

After 13 years of entrepreneurship and 8 years of being a parent, I have all the reasons to put myself last – and there are moments I feel extremely guilty when I choose myself.

If you’re a mom in business, you know all too well that our attention is often pulled in a million directions, putting our own needs last.

And when we do take time off, it’s hard to actually relax, because we’re always thinking about the next thing we need to do.

This is something that’s brought up so often in my client calls, which is why I decided to do an entire podcast episode on it this week.

I wanted to book that massage for myself but…

I had a break scheduled on my calendar but…

I really would love more time for myself but…

When you make choices with clarity instead of guilt, you start making decisions that support your business and your life, helping you feel more balanced, focused, and in control.

The kind of choices that open doors, create clarity, and build the type of momentum that feels fulfilling instead of draining.

But to make these kinds of choices, and have the success we want, we have to be able to work through the initial guilt, which is what I’m teaching you this week on the podcast.

So don’t hope for the time to appear you are wishing you had; learn how you can start saying “yes” to yourself without the guilt. Listen to the episode now!
